History
The DUKLA HOTEL was built in 1952 on the place of old post office. Its establishment started the modern history of the hotel industry in our city. The hotel has several times changed its owners as well as its appearance.
Last reconstruction was phased from 2002-2007, the kitchen and sanitary fittings were reconstructed according with the European standards.
There is a barrier-free access from the main entrance of the hotel and from the underground car park. After the renovation there is a Congress hall with the capacity of 200 seats, Wellness centre on the top of the hotel and a new Winter garden. All of the new premises as well as former lobby bar, café, restaurant, snack bar and a part of the hotel rooms are air-conditioned.
